Warranty Coverage

We offer limited warranties on select vape products, such as devices and kits, to cover manufacturing defects. Warranty periods and coverage vary by product and brand. Below are the general guidelines:

  • Vape Devices and Kits: Most vape devices (e.g., Vaporesso XROS 3, SMOK Novo 5, GeekVape Aegis Legend 2) come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Some brands offer extended warranties (up to 6 months), which will be noted on the product page.

  • Accessories: Items like coils, pods, and tanks typically have a 7-day warranty for defects identified upon receipt (DOA – Dead on Arrival). Check product packaging or descriptions for specific terms.

  • Non-Warrantied Products: E-liquids, disposable vapes (e.g., Funky Republic Ti7000), and consumables are not covered under warranty due to their consumable nature, but we offer a 7-day return policy for unopened, defective items (see Returns section below).

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Some products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., SMOK, GeekVape). We’ll provide contact details for direct claims if applicable. Always retain your order confirmation and packaging for warranty validation.

Note: Warranty periods begin on the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care Team within the warranty period via our Contact Page or email [email protected]. Include your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect (e.g., device not powering on, leaking pod). This helps us process your claim faster.

  3. Return Authorization: If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label. Do not return products without an RMA, as they will not be accepted.

  4. Ship the Product: Package the defective item securely, including all original accessories and packaging, and ship it to our warehouse [Your City, State, e.g., Dallas, Texas]. Include the RMA number on the package.

  5. Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll either repair, replace, or issue a refund/store credit (at our discretion). Replacements are subject to stock availability. Processing may take 5-10 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective upon receipt (DOA). We recommend using a trackable carrier for returns.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty policies:

  • User Damage: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications (e.g., dropping a device, overfilling a tank).

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Issues like scratches, cosmetic damage, or worn-out batteries/coils due to regular use.

  • Consumables: E-liquids, disposable vapes, and used coils/pods are non-warrantied due to their consumable nature.

  • Improper Use: Damage from using incompatible accessories, chargers, or e-liquids not recommended by the manufacturer.

  • Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

  • Expired Warranty: Claims submitted after the warranty period (e.g., 30 days for devices, 7 days for accessories).

Note: Warranty claims are void if the product has been tampered with or if the serial number is removed or altered.
