  • Order Processing: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in [Your City, State, e.g., Dallas, Texas], USA. We do not drop-ship, ensuring quality control and faster delivery.
  • Carriers: We use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and regional networks to deliver your order. Due to the PACT Act, USPS is prohibited from carrying vape products, so we rely on alternative carriers.
  • Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by carriers. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Below are our standard options:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 flat rate for most domestic orders. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, excluding taxes). Excludes restricted states.
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.99 for faster delivery (2-4 business days, where available). Not guaranteed due to carrier limitations.
  • Adult Signature Fee: A $7.00 fee is added to all orders for mandatory adult signature (21+) with ID check, as required by law for vape products.

Note: We recommend shipping to a workplace or address where an adult (21+) is available to sign for delivery to avoid delays.

Compliance & Restrictions

As a responsible vape retailer, we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations, including the PACT Act and FDA guidelines. Below are key compliance details:

  • Age Verification: All orders require an adult signature (21+) with valid, government-issued ID at delivery. This is non-negotiable per federal law.
  • Restricted States: Due to state laws, we cannot ship vape products to: Alaska, Arkansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, or select cities (e.g., San Francisco, Chicago). Additional restrictions may apply for e-liquids in New Jersey, Maryland, and Rhode Island (hardware only).
  • Taxes: State and local excise taxes on vaping products are collected at checkout where required. Check your cart for details.
  • PO Boxes & Military Bases: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failures.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll refund the order (minus shipping costs and a Return to Sender fee) only if the package is received at our warehouse.
  • Order Modifications: To modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately via our Contact Page. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is prepared for shipment.

Address Accuracy

Why is an adult signature required?

Federal law (PACT Act) mandates that all vape products require an adult (21+) to sign with ID verification to prevent underage access.

What if no adult is available to sign?

Carriers may attempt delivery up to 2 additional times. If no adult is available, the package may be returned to us, incurring a Return to Sender fee. We recommend shipping to a workplace or trusted address.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

What if my order is delayed or missing?

Once shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. For delays or issues, contact us via our Contact Page with your order number. We offer free Shipping Protection via Route.com to cover lost or damaged packages.
